Complaints procedure

We take concerns seriously. Here's how to raise one and what to expect.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us

    Contact us by email or phone with your name, how to reach you, and what went wrong. Include any relevant dates and details.

  2. Step 2

    We acknowledge

    We'll acknowledge your complaint within three working days and let you know who is handling it.

  3. Step 3

    We investigate and respond

    We'll look into what happened and give you a full written response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we'll tell you why and when to expect a reply.

  4. Step 4

    If you're not satisfied

    You can ask us to review the outcome. For concerns about how we've handled your personal data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
